She is an international expert on pre-hire assessments and has developed machine learning based psychometric assessments including image, game, and video interview assessments used to screen millions of job applicants.
Her clients include Red Bull, Heidrick & Struggles, the Baltimore Ravens and Hirevue.
She is author of the book ‘The Future of Recruitment’ where she reviews current and future technology and its impact on our ability to identify talent and shape the workplaces of the future. With a PhD from UCL in computer science and psychology she is uniquely placed to use AI technology to solve problems in the world of work.
Kiki is a Lecturer in Occupational Psychology at the University of London. She publishes scientific articles on computational psychometrics, game-based assessments and personality.
