Signal capture

Every interaction yields feature events: linguistic markers (clarity, causal reasoning), interactional signals (latency, interruptions), sentiment/tone, and decision traces (choices, rationales, evidence cited).

Independent scoring layer

Feature vectors feed supervised machine-learning models aligned to competency frameworks. The LLM runs the experience; it does not assess. Scores are produced by a separate, transparent scoring layer to ensure predictability, consistency, and norm-referenced outputs.

Iterative validation

Models are tuned to maximise convergent validity (alignment with established measures), discriminant validity (separation from unrelated constructs), and predictive validity (forecasting relevant outcomes).
